Legal Difination of Firearm

"Firearm"or"Arm" as here in include rifles,muskets,carbines,revolver,pistols, and other deadly weapon from which a bullets,balls,shots,shells, or other missile maybe discharged by means of gunpowder or other explosives. the term also includes air rifles except caliber, limited range use as a toys. The barrel of any firearm is considered as a complete firearm, for purpose here of (section 877 of RAC, section 290of NIRC, CaNr 466.)
